Notes: If you are serving food / beverage at your booth you Must Have a Permit ($50 permit fee) from the Foxboro Board of Health (permit must be obtained 30 days prior to event - deadline 9/21/2010, permit fee is $100 after 9/21 deadline.)* Must be present at your Booth at the time of Drawing 7:00pm on October 21st
