HR Council Meeting - Business Owners & HR Professionals AI as a ToolSpecial guest speaker - John Bogdan who is the Director of Employment for Boston College; will present AI as a tool for HR professionals & Business Owners. The objective is to give small business owners a quick overview of the legal considerations in recruiting, with the main focus on how AI tools can support their efforts. Highlight how the use of a consultant or outside resources could be limited or strategic. While AI can be a valuable time-saver, I recognize that many small businesses will still turn to outside consultants or recruiters—not because they can’t use AI, but because they value the time savings and confidence that comes with experienced support. My goal was to give them the tools and confidence to handle more of the process on their own.
