Tiffany Richard   Tiff- Holistic Business Coach for high-achieving women coaches, consultants, and executives. From 2014-2021, Tiff climbed the corporate ladder winning multiple sales awards like rookie of the year, the $200K sales club, and #1 sales producer. 
 
Tiff mentored dozens of new hires, who received sales awards and promotions with her mentorship. On paper, Tiff was successful. But, on the inside she was burnt out, exhausted, and ready to quit. She knew she couldn’t be the only woman in leadership experiencing this. So she started a women’s leadership circle on Zoom in 2020, for executive sales women.
 
Women tuned in from all over the world and started seeing RESULTS after implementing Tiff’s effective business strategies blended with personal healing. That’s where her coaching journey began. 
 
Today, Tiff blends personal healing with effective marketing & sales strategies for women seeking sustainable biz strategies to convert dream clients. No burnout, icky sales tactics, nor vampire clients. She guides women to recover from masculine paradigms that promote burnout & competitive work environments. Donna Rustigian Mac is the President of iVoice Communication, a company dedicated to creating confident speakers, successful interpersonal communicators, and healthy-human business connections through updated, 21st century communication skills. Donna works with individuals and companies who understand the power of people. As people expand, business expands.
Donna’s distinguished career includes more 30 years in communications…in broadcasting and the media…as an executive communication coach, motivational speaker, and workforce trainer.  Donna is also a certified mindfulness teacher (2018) and a qualified change facilitator MBHC (2021).
Donna’s undergraduate degree is in Liberal Arts and Humanities. She’s also studied Organizational and Social Psychology at Lesley University.
