Young Professional Monthly Meeting
“Understand Self, Understanding Others: How to Communicate with Others in the Way THEY Want to be Communicated With”. In this workshop, we will discuss DISC — a behavioral analysis method designed to show HOW we behave — and how to predict the behavior of others. It’s extremely useful and can improve communication skills, reduce tension and conflict, and strengthen relationships. Each participant will do a quick assessment, followed by learning about the DISC behavioral styles. Bring your challenging relationships to discuss!
